INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE YANNODJI
The Limited Warranty YANNODJI following (“ YANNODJI Warranty”) applies to original watches YANNODJI , purchased in the original labeled packaging, and sold or presented for warranty service, in any country (the “ YANNODJI Watch”).

1. WHAT DOES THE YANNODJI WARRANTY COVER? AND DURING WHAT PERIOD?
As part of this YANNODJI Guarantee, YANNODJI covers, on its YANNODJI Watch, any manufacturing and material defect, for a period of twenty-four (24) months, from the date of initial retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The YANNODJI Warranty applies only to watches purchased on the official website of YANNODJI , in a store YANNODJI or from an authorized dealer. YANNODJI will repair or replace your YANNODJI Watch free of charge. or a part thereof, in accordance with the terms of the YANNODJI Warranty. Note that the rights conferred by the YANNODJI Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by the consumer laws and regulations in force in your jurisdiction. As such, the YANNODJI Guarantee and its benefits are in addition to and do not replace existing consumer law.

2. LIMITS OF THE YANNODJI WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOESN'T COVER)
The YANNODJI Guarantee does not cover:
(a) watches other than those of the brand YANNODJI ;
(b) batteries, bracelets, link bracelets or glass;
(c) routine maintenance and cleaning;
(d) damage of any nature whatsoever, if there is evidence that it was caused by an accident, misuse or improper handling of any part of the watch, handling not in accordance with the instructions or guidelines included with your YANNODJI Watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, alteration, abuse, normal wear and tear or any factor other than a manufacturing defect or defective material of the YANNODJI Watch
(e); water penetration caused by use contrary to the ATM (Atmosphere) brand of the YANNODJI Watch;
(f) damage resulting from repair, maintenance or alteration by anyone other than a retailer or service provider YANNODJI approved. In addition, the YANNODJI Guarantee will be void if the serial number engraved on the watch case is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced or made illegible.

3. WHAT DO WE DO IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM UNDER THE YANNODJI WARRANTY
If, during the warranty period, you submit a claim under this YANNODJI Warranty, YANNODJI , at its discretion: (a) will repair the YANNODJI Watch using new and/or previously used parts equivalent to new parts in performance and reliability; or (b) will replace the YANNODJI Watch by the same model (or with your consent, by a product with equivalent functionality) made up of new and/or previously used parts equivalent to new parts in terms of their performance and reliability. For warranty claims submitted in a country other than that of purchase of the YANNODJI Watch, YANNODJI may repair or replace the YANNODJI Watch and/or parts thereof by YANNODJI Watches comparable and/or parts that comply with local standards. You will not be charged for repair or replacement under this YANNODJI Warranty, if your claim meets the conditions of this YANNODJI Warranty. In addition, YANNODJI will bear the shipping and labor costs, under the YANNODJI Warranty. If the YANNODJI Warranty is not applicable, or that it is void or rejected, YANNODJI will notify you, and you may decide to confirm the repair or replacement request, or have your watch returned to you. If you decide to proceed, you will be required to pay all or part of the repair or replacement, including return shipping and labor costs.

4. HOW TO BENEFIT FROM OUR REPAIR SERVICE
To obtain the repair or replacement of your YANNODJI Watch as part of this YANNODJI Guarantee, contact your customer service YANNODJI local via the following address: www. YANNODJIWATCHES .com, one of the authorized stores YANNODJI or a reseller YANNODJI . They will be able to provide you with information regarding our warranty service under this YANNODJI Warranty . Additionally, to obtain a repair or replacement under this YANNODJI Warranty, the YANNODJI Watch Returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. original packaging provided at time of purchase, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized store or reseller) YANNODJI ). When sending your YANNODJI Watch for repair or replacement, be sure to pack it carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless this YANNODJI Guarantee provides for it, and within the limits authorized by law, YANNODJI shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of this warranty or any of its terms, or under any other legal theory, including, without limitation, loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of contract profits); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the maximum liability of YANNODJI for breach of any written or implied warranty regarding the YANNODJI Watch must not exceed the retail purchase value of the YANNODJI Watch.

JEWELRY

YANNODJI INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
The following YANNODJI Limited Warranty (“YANNODJI Warranty”) applies to original YANNODJI jewelry (bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces) purchased in the original labeled packaging, and sold or presented for warranty service, in any country (the “YANNODJI Jewelry”).

1. WHAT DOES THE YANNODJI WARRANTY COVER AND FOR WHAT PERIOD?
YANNODJI warrants that YANNODJI Jewelry is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The YANNODJI Warranty applies only to jewelry purchased from the official YANNODJI website, a YANNODJI store, or an authorized reseller.

Please note that the rights granted by the YANNODJI Guarantee are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by the consumer laws and regulations in force in your jurisdiction. As such, the YANNODJI Guarantee and its benefits are in addition to, and do not replace, the rights provided by the consumer laws in force.

2. LIMITS OF THE YANNODJI WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER)
The YANNODJI Guarantee on YANNODJI Jewelry does not cover:

• defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster;
• failure or damage caused by misuse, neglect (knocks, dents, scratches, crushing, etc.) or accidents;
• failure or damage caused by unjustified repair or modification;
• aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches, peeling of the plating, etc.).

3. WHAT DO WE DO IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM UNDER THE YANNODJI WARRANTY
If, during the warranty period, you submit a claim under this YANNODJI Warranty, YANNODJI will, at its option: (a) repair the YANNODJI Jewelry; or (b) replace the YANNODJI Jewelry with the same model (or with your agreement, with a similar product).

You will not be charged for the repair or replacement under this YANNODJI Warranty if your warranty claim meets the terms of the YANNODJI Warranty. In addition, YANNODJI will cover the shipping and labor costs under the YANNODJI Warranty. If the YANNODJI Warranty is not applicable, or is void or rejected, YANNODJI will notify you, and you may choose to confirm the repair or replacement request, or have your jewelry returned to you. If you decide to proceed, you will be required to pay all or part of the repair or replacement, including return shipping and labor costs.

4. HOW TO BENEFIT FROM OUR REPAIR SERVICE
To obtain repair or replacement of your YANNODJI Jewelry under this YANNODJI Warranty, contact your local YANNODJI customer service via the following address: www.danielwellington.com/contact-us/, one of the authorized YANNODJI stores or a YANNODJI reseller. They will be able to provide you with information regarding our warranty service under this YANNODJI Warranty. In addition, to obtain repair or replacement under this YANNODJI Warranty, the returned YANNODJI Jewelry must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g.: original packaging provided at the time of purchase, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized YANNODJI store or reseller). When sending your YANNODJI Jewelry for repair or replacement, be sure to package it carefully to avoid any damage during transport.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as provided in this YANNODJI Warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, YANNODJI shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this warranty or any of its terms, or under any other legal theory, including, without limitation, loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, YANNODJI's maximum liability for breach of any written or implied warranty regarding the YANNODJI Jewelry shall not exceed the retail purchase value of the YANNODJI Jewelry.
