Return and Refund
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
From the receipt of your order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
You have the right to return one or more items or the entire order to us if you are not satisfied. Please remember that the products concerned, along with their original packaging, must be returned to us within a new condition and suitable for resale.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal and as a customer, you bear the shipping costs related to the return of the items concerned. Please also note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) reach us.
RETURN AND REFUND TERMS
We only exchange or refund defective products.
Products must be returned unused, properly protected, in the original packaging accompanied by all possible accessories (instructions and documentation).
Sale items are non-refundable.
The return request must be made by email to support@yannodji.com (please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item).

Once we have received and checked your item, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used when ordering within 15 (fifteen) business days.
EXCHANGE OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM
We only exchange a defective item for the same item.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable, except for defective items.
